By registering, accessing, or using One Digital Music, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Services Provided

One Digital Music offers digital music distribution services, including but not limited to:

• Distribution of audio content to digital streaming platforms (DSPs) such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and others.
• Monetization of content through streaming and download revenue.
• Content management and analytics.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

• Contains illegal, offensive, or explicit material.
• Infringes on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
• Violates the terms of third-party DSPs.

Intellectual Property & Licensing

• You retain full ownership of your music and associated copyrights.
• By uploading content, you grant One Digital Music a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute and monetize your music.
• You confirm that your content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.

Eligibility

In order to use the Distributor Sites, you must either be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older (or be at least thirteen (13) years of age and possess the consent of your parent(s) and/or legal guardian), and fully able and competent to (i) enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties set forth in these Terms; and (ii) abide by and comply with these Terms. You hereby represent that you meet the eligibility requirements in this Section.

Service Modifications & Termination

One Digital Music reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

Accounts found violating these Terms may be suspended or permanently removed without prior notice.

Revenue & Payments

Revenue generated from music distribution will be shared as per the agreed revenue split between One Digital Music and the rights holder.

Payments will be processed on a monthly/quarterly basis, subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold.

All applicable taxes, transaction fees, and deductions will be applied.

Refund & Policy

All purchases made on One Digital Music are final and non-refundable. Once a digital distribution service is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If you have subscribed to a plan and wish to cancel, please reach out directly to One Digital Music's customer support to inquire about refund eligibility.

Refund policies may change over time. Please review One Digital Music's official Terms and Conditions or contact our support team for the most current information.

Releases we don't approve

• Songs relating to any religious beliefs directly or indirectly.
• Songs having vulgar or hate spreading lyrics.
• Apotheosis content.
• Words relating to religious beliefs, example : Saato janam, etc.
• Insulting a person or a group of people or team or a company.
